This page is intended to promote community and engagement among residents. If you are interested in learning more about a specific club or group, or in joining, please contact the club or group lead.
To start a club, please complete the application form. Your submission will be emailed to the Club Facilitator: Mark Murray (murraymark@comcast.net). For more details about possible clubs and available facilities, please see below.
Some possible examples of acceptable clubs and groups:
Common areas may be used by groups and clubs if the activity aligns with the intended use of the space and all applicable laws and HOA rules are followed.
Using a private home voluntarily offered by a resident is a good option for many clubs and activities.
These courts are leased by the LLVCC from the Andersons and may only be used for tennis and pickleball unless specific approval is granted by the HOA.
This property is open to all residents and cannot be reserved. It may be used for activities that align with typical use and do not disturb others. The gazebo may be reserved through the LLVCC office.
The court may be reserved for basketball, group exercise, and similar activities. Reservations may be requested through the LLVCC office.
The playground, Lot 66, and other waterfront property are open to all residents and cannot be reserved but may be used for activities aligned with their typical use.
The Bistro building is not owned by the HOA. To request use of this space, please contact the building management.
