Start New Club/Group

By completing and submitting this form, I agree to serve as the lead for the proposed club or group and will facilitate it, including planning, managing participants, communications, and obtaining permissions or waivers as necessary. I understand the group may use common areas as outlined in the HOA rules and the club/group web page but must follow all applicable laws and HOA rules. I agree to inform the group/club facilitator and the LLVCC Office if the group is discontinued or if a new lead is appointed. I acknowledge that this is not an HOA-sponsored activity. Limiting participation may be permitted if necessary but must be done in a nondiscriminatory manner. Clubs or groups that do not follow these rules will be removed from the directory and may lose access to common areas.
